Friday, August 23, 1985 (age 13)



Today was so boring. I wanted to go to the mall with Lacey and Wendy - but Becky wouldn't go anywhere!
So Dahlia called and told me that Kelsey told her I didn't like her (Dahlia). Then Nadine went babysitting,
but after dinner I went over to her house. We went for a bike ride, but we met Kelsey and she wanted to tag
along. But Nadine made up an excuse and Kelsey left. Now she's over here - she's going to sleep over!
Wow! Sikeamonde! Shut up Daphne! 10:42 P.S. Erik Hix is really fine too!

Thursday, August 22, 1985 (age 13)



Today Kelsey came over. Then Lacey came over. Then Nadine came over. Now, I can't very well have 3
people in the house when I'm only allowed 2 - right? So, in a way, we "kicked" Kelsey out. Oh gosh I do
believe I am going to make a splendid actress someday - I was very good, I think. Anyway, when they all
left (they went school shopping), I called Wendy and we talked for a while. Then I went for a bike ride and
then I saw Family Ties! I just <3 that show! 10:47 P.S. Edgar I. is fine too!

Wednesday, August 21, 1985 (age 13)



Today Lacey and Nadine came over and we tried to make brownies - but Lacey put them in the microwave
for too long and they burned. Well, it was so funny when Dad tried to eat one and they were as solid as a
rock! Anyway, that's about all that happened today. I guess that's what you'd call the "highlight" of it all. So
I am going to play Solitaire before I hit the sack. 10:14 P.S. I think Bob Craig is SO friggin' fine!

Tuesday, August 20, 1985 (age 13)




Today Becky, me, Mom and Wendy went to the mall. Lacey stayed an extra day with her family in Rhode
Island, so me and Wendy went without her. I got a pair of plaid pants, sneakers and a poster of Grant
(General Hospital). When we got home and after Wendy left, I mowed the grass. Nadine came over a half
an hour after I was done. She got me two things from the beach - a really pretty white shell and a dried up
seahorse. After that, I went over to their house for a while and that's all! 11:03

Monday, August 19, 1985 (age 13)



Today was so boring. Kelsey came over here and STAYED here for about 6 hours! After General Hospital,
I called Wendy and talked to her for a while (for about 4 of the 6 hours, Kelsey just sat in front of the
television) and we tried everything to get rid of her! But then, she finally left. Afterward, Wendy called
back and we called Lee Epstein - Wendy was in hysterics. Lacey isn't home yet - I wonder what's keeping
them! 10:19

Sunday, August 18, 1985 (age 13)



Today Kelsey came over and we had lunch. Then she left at 3 to go someplace with her mom. I went to the
center of town with Wendy but stupid me! I forgot today was Sunday and all we did was roam around. We
went to Sabrina's and she showed us a picture of her boyfriend, Nick. Boy is he ugly! Then Kelsey came
over again when I got back from the center of town and she ate dinner at my house. Then I watched
"Dreamscape". I haven't seen that in so long! 12:08

Saturday, August 17, 1985 (age 13)


Today Kelsey came over and we went to the center of town. I put a pair of pants on hold at Weathervane -
and got a magazine and some more Sun-In. Then Mom and Dad had this little party. God are they boring!
All they do is sit around and talk. Olivia, Mabel, Maxine and this kid that works at the store with Mom
came to the house before everyone else. Olivia put a pie in Mom's face! Boy did she look funny! Oh well,
that's about all for now. 11:18
